Ipanema Solutions provides telephony solutions from all three major communications suppliers to the hospitality industry: Avaya, Mitel and Innovations.

Avaya

Avaya is the largest global purveyor of IP telephony solutions with nearly 25% global market share. Avaya employs over 15,000 people worldwide in sales, support and research and development. They have two platforms: the IP500/IP412 and Communications Manager based solutions. The IP500/412 supports up to 325 guest rooms and is certified for use by most major franchisors. Communication Manager is certified for use by all major franchisors and is most commonly found in midsize and larger properties. The Avaya IP500/412 and Communication Manager telephony solutions are most commonly paired with the DuVoice hospitality voicemail and wake up call platform.

Mitel

Mitel is the traditional go to player for hotels under 300 rooms. They have a strong presence with the Mitel 200 ICP platform in smaller properties and the 3300 ICP in larger or fully converged hotels. The Mitel 3300 is a leading solution for emerging select brands like Starwood Aloft and Element.

Innovations TW

ComXchange is a breakthrough product based on an open standards Asterisks foundation. ComXchange combines the telephone system, voicemail and call accounting into a single fault tolerate platform allowing for ease of management and a very low cost of maintenance. Innovations has been in hospitality for 18 years with market leading voicemail solutions, and now they are taking the industry by storm with a their standards based ComXchange solution. ComXchange is certified by most major franchisers including IHG and Hilton.
