Steve Tutino | Project ManagementIn 1992 Steve founded Cyberdyne Corporation, a network services firm specialized in supporting Microsoft Windows and Citrix multi-user operating systems. In June of 2000 international consulting firm Aston Group bought Cyberdyne Corporation. Steve served as the Chief Technology Officer of Aston Group North America until June of 2001. From July 2001 through July of 2003 he traveled the world visiting 32 countries in South America, Europe and Asia. During the summer of 2003 Steve started Ipanema Solutions to help midsize companies improve their communications systems. VoIP technology had advanced sufficiently and was becoming a valuable tool for midsize businesses. Steve’s goal is to continue to build a focused communications consulting firm where fellow employees can enjoy building tomorrow's communications infrastructure today. Emily Augustyn | Customer Service ManagerEmily came to Ipanema from South Carolina, graduating from Clemson University in 2003 with a Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies and minor in Social Sciences. She started her position as Marketing Coordinator in March of 2008 with a wealth knowledge and enthusiasm. Emily works closely with the sales team and vendors to provide accurate proposals and quotes to our clients and prospects. Her organization and leadership has proven to be an asset to the company. When Emily is not working she also enjoys a number of different activities such as wakeboarding, snowboarding, running, reading, cooking, history, art and technology. Tatiana Tutino | AccountingTatiana started her career in customer relations at a printing firm in Volgograd, Russia. She has worked in the oil services industry in Russia and has experience managing a small, high-focused startup operation. She has a degree in International Relations from Volgograd State University. Currently, Tatiana manages the accounting department at Ipanema. Her knowledge, skill and attention to detail are vital for the organization of daily accounting. Aside from accounting, Tanya also enjoys traveling, swimming, and dancing. Hussein began his career at Ipanema in July of 2007. He currently manages the Managed Service clients, making sure that they are up-to-date with everything. Hussein also manages the engineers in the Managed Service Department at Ipanema. He is certified for Avaya Communications Server (IPO) and Avaya Communications Manager. His knowledge and skill have proven to be a valuable asset to the company. Geoff Harrington | Regional Sales Director Geoff graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Michigan State University. He worked exclusively in various positions in the hospitality industry since 1991 including principal and managing partner of three hospitality management companies. He enjoys mentoring children, coaching youth sports, playing basketball, tennis and golf, traveling and spending time with family. Edward Kanarowski | National Director Business DevelopmentEdward has over thirteen years of successful business development and account management experience with major telecom companies like AT&T, MCI and Sprint. As a senior sales and marketing professional, Edward's primary focus has always been providing solutions that best meet the customer's business needs. His consultative solution sales expertise includes identifying customer needs, defining client decision processes, positioning himself as a consultant to C-level executives and delivering value-added solutions that demonstrate increased business efficiencies while reducing costs. He approaches his work with the same level of commitment, enthusiasm and determination that has enabled him to successfully run over twenty marathons including the Boston Marathon, twice. Geoffrey Wahonya | Managed Services and Help Desk CoordinatorGeoffrey is originally from Kenya and came to Ipanema Solutions from Berrien Springs, MI. He is a graduate of Berrien Springs High School, started his collegiate education at Lake Michigan College and concluded with a Bachelors of Applied Science in Computer Networking (CCNP) at Davenport University. He currently holds CCNA, CCDA, CCDP and CCNP certifications. Geoffrey is a Network Engineer who services client issues and also implements technology on site. Away from work, he enjoys playing sports, watching movies, and spending time with friends. |
